Coffee House Events...

		Upon This Rock ...arrives November 8th
		Good Shepherd's Coffee House offers local talent a place to provide all kinds of family friendly entertainment! This month’s Coffee House will be on November 8 at 7:00 PM featuring UTR - "Upon This Rock" a six person Christian Music Rock Band. Given that they are a rock band, they are loud and many times when a rock band performs it is hard to understand the lyrics. However, what makes this rock band different from other Non-Christian Rock Bands is that they perform with a mission to spread the gospel of the Lord. Having heard them recently, Danny Patrick was personally moved by their performance and was very touched by their sincerity when they gave an introduction to each song. Visit their website for more info. A $5.00 donation at the door which will include coffee, tea, water and tasty goodies during the performance. So come out and bring a friend for an entertaining evening as this group shares their Christian Music Ministry with us. All are welcome.

Cocoa House Events

Get Ready for Cocoa House: It's Kid-tastic! Cocoa House has a new time and schedule! Our events meet from 10am until noon. Pre-registration is appreciated but not required. Call the church office (458-1562) if you have questions. The Cocoa House will kick off on Saturday, September 20 at 10:00AM. "Have Puppets Will Travel" will be performing an entertaining puppet show for our children. We are looking forward to this presentation of professional puppeteers. Also, we hope that your children invite their friends and do not miss this special event. Refreshments will be served and we hope to see you all at the next Cocoa House. All are welcome! Looking ahead, save the date of Saturday, October 25 for our Annual Halloween Party.
